It’s that easy, that’s the Paint U guarantee! Once your painting is finished, we take a photo of it and email or SMS it for your approval. You can make any changes at no extra cost (as long they are inline with your first instructions when you first placed the order).

If you are still not happy with the painting after several rounds of improvements we will refund your payment in full at your request no questions asked.

Once you have approved the painting by email, we’ll arrange shipment. If you’re not happy when you receive it, then notify us and ship it back to our office. We will refund your payment in full (minus shipping and handling).
