Select your photo

You choose the best photo that you want to turn into a treasured painting, you choose the type and size. After this an invoice will be emailed to you for 50% of the painiting price. Once the painting is finished the outstanding 50% invoice will be emailed to you.


Your painting begins

Our artists are very talented and this gives you the choice of how you want the end painting to look like. We carefully inspect the image provided, check that it is suitable before we start the painting. 

 

We inspect the painting

After we have completed your treasured painting we inspect it and look for anything that maybe not right. If it does not meet our strict quality procedures it will be sent back for improvement or sent to a different artist to be repainted no questions asked.

 

We email you a photo of your painting

You will be informed by email and by SMS when your painting is ready for your review and approval. You can review it and approve it, or ask for modifications to be done if required.

  

We process your painting feedback

If you request modifications, we will modify your painting according to your suggestions. You will get a chance to review the modifications made.  Once again you will be informed by email and by SMS.

  
       

You confirm the painting

You accept the painting by email. Once youconfirmed your painting, you will be asked to pay the balance.

  
   

We deliver the painting to you

Your painting will be shipped by express delivery, rolled in a tube, to the address you have provided.  All you have to do now is sit back and admire the smiles from everyone around you saying how good it looks.
